Boggy Doodles Events

Boggy Doodles runs a variety of scheduled and bespoke green sketching events. All events are fun, friendly and carefully designed to minimise anxiety. You don’t need to be good at drawing or have any artistic ‘talent’ to Boggy Doodle. Sharing sketches is entirely optional.

When you come on a Boggy Doodles event, you'll learn a series of green sketching exercises designed to develop your confidence, focus your attention and teach you a new way of seeing and recording your experiences in nature.

The sight is more important than the drawing.
— John Ruskin

By sketching regularly, skills soon improve but you don't have to wait until you feel more confident to start; the benefits of green sketching are immediate.

Scheduled Boggy Doodles events take place at a range of inspiring locations within Cheshire and the Peak District National Park, and occasionally further afield.

Private classes, parties, corporate and school events

Boggy Doodles hosts a range of bespoke green sketching events and courses that can be tailored to your individual needs and location. These include corporate events, birthday parties, individual tuition and after school clubs.
